Our parters

Partnerships are vital to the success of the U.S. Deported Veterans Resource Center Playas Barracks, as they allow for a comprehensive and coordinated approach to addressing the complex needs of deported veterans. These individuals, who served in the U.S. military but were deported, often face a myriad of challenges such as separation from family, loss of citizenship rights, lack of access to veterans' benefits, and difficulty reintegrating into Mexican society. Each partner brings unique expertise and resources that, when combined, create a stronger, more effective support network.

Immigrant Defenders Law Center (ImmDef) is a next-generation social justice law firm that defends our immigrant communities against injustices in the immigration system.

he project was created in response to the growing numbers of immigrants that entered the U.S. as minors (‘childhood arrivals’) forcibly returned to their country of birth. Amidst a political climate and immigrant rights efforts that exclude deported childhood arrivals, the LNOBMP calls for the inclusion of previously deported childhood arrivals in discussions about immigration, specifically those regarding repatriation efforts.
